YG offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Vigil. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including the first payment of a monthly or annual subscription.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. For help with billing, email support@vigiltrism.ai.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the Vigil console. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are also handled under Paddle's Refund Policy. See also our Terms & Conditions.
